2. You'll get a reply via email from our project manager within 1-2 business days.
3. We will then discuss your project and arrange a call or set up a group on Whats app 
4. Once you are happy with what we can offer we can start the services you require.

Do you offer samples?

Accepted Answer

Yes as a part of our "Product sample" service we offer a sample, however we can only create a sample for your product if you have already got a tech pack otherwise we will need to go through this step first before beginning your sample production.
This is to ensure minimal errors during the sampling process.

Please note: all sample costs vary as some may be more complex requiring more work than others

How long does production & shipping take?

PRODUCTION TIMES:
Samples: Up to 25 working days
Bulk production: Up to 30 - 35 working days - Excluding delivery times

(Typical delivery time takes up to 10 working days, this depends on the shipping service you require)

Our office is located in the United Kingdom and our manufacturer is located in China.

Do you offer tech pack services?

Accepted Answer

Yes we offer our customers a tech pack service, without this being available or being made by our team we won't be able to offer any samples or bulk production services to you as this is the main component to have a successful production process minimizing any faults.

However if you have your own tech pack and are ready to get started with sampling or a bulk order we also accept this but the tech pack must be reviewed first before moving ahead to make sure there are the correct details in the file to ensure a smooth production process.
