Our prices vary depending on the service that is required by you.

Yes as a part of our "Product sample" service we offer a sample, however we can only create a sample for your product if you have already got a tech pack otherwise we will need to go through this step first before beginning your sample production. This is to ensure minimal errors during the sampling process. Once you are happy with how your sample turned out we can go ahead and place your bulk order with us, we also deduct 50% of your sample cost from your bulk order! Please note: all sample costs vary as some may be more complex requiring more work than others

PRODUCTION TIMES: Samples: Up to 25 working days Bulk production: Up to 30 - 35 working days - Excluding delivery times (Typical delivery time takes up to 10 working days, this depends on the shipping service you require)

Our office is located in the United Kingdom and our manufacturer is located in China.

Yes we offer our customers a tech pack service, without this being available or being made by our team we won't be able to offer any samples or bulk production services to you as this is the main component to have a successful production process minimizing any faults. However if you have your own tech pack and are ready to get started with sampling or a bulk order we also accept this but the tech pack must be reviewed first before moving ahead to make sure there are the correct details in the file to ensure a smooth production process.
